SESSO E VOLENTIERI

Cinemavixion Review

"Sesso e volentieri" (1982), directed by the masterful Dino Risi, presents a bold exploration of human desire through ten distinct segments, each anchored by the versatile performance of Johnny Dorelli. This anthology delves into the often taboo subject of sexuality and its various perversions, offering a provocative and sometimes humorous look at the complexities of intimacy. Dorelli is joined by notable co-stars Laura Antonelli and Gloria Guida, whose presence adds further depth to the film's thematic explorations. While the film tackles mature themes, Risi's directorial touch ensures a narrative that is engaging and thought-provoking. It stands as a noteworthy Italian comedy that, despite its age, continues to spark conversation about societal views on sex and relationships.
