SECOND SERVE

Cinemavixion Review

Tim Kirkman's "Second Serve" presents an intriguing premise: a disgraced tennis pro finding redemption by coaching an unlikely team. The film appears to explore themes of second chances and the clash between privilege and grit, as a former star navigates the world of a public racquet club. The ensemble cast, including Billy Magnussen and Cameron Monaghan, promises a dynamic interplay as they prepare for a showdown. While the year and specific critical reception are not detailed here, the setup suggests a character-driven comedy with potential for heartfelt moments, offering a fresh perspective on the sports underdog narrative.
