SANTA & ME

Cinemavixion Review

Jeff Solema's "Santa & Me" presents a familiar yet potentially resonant holiday tale. The premise centers on a deeply unpleasant 13-year-old, transformed into a 'monster' by Santa Claus himself, who must earn genuine connection to revert. This narrative setup promises a journey of redemption, exploring themes of materialism versus genuine human connection. The young cast, including Athena Baumeister, Alyssa Kennedy, and Lucas Barker, are tasked with navigating this magical transformation and the emotional arc it entails. While the film’s year is not specified, its core message about the true spirit of giving and the importance of friendship during the festive season offers a chance for heartwarming, albeit potentially predictable, holiday viewing.
