ROCKET HUNTER: RISE OF THE NAZI KOMET

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling genesis of the Nazi rocket program, focusing on the formidable Me163 'Komet'. Emerging from the devastation of wartime Germany, the 'Komet' stands as a testament to a desperate, technologically driven ambition. The film effectively captures the eerie atmosphere surrounding its creation, highlighting the intersection of scientific innovation and wartime necessity. While the narrative doesn't delve deeply into the pilots' experiences, it provides a compelling overview of the engineering marvel and the historical context that birthed such a unique and dangerous aircraft. It's a focused exploration of a specific, albeit dark, chapter in aviation history.
