ROBERT TOWERY | I’M RELATED TO A KILLER

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a poignant and deeply personal look into the lives of families affected by a loved one's conviction for murder. Christine McClaine's narrative is particularly affecting as she recounts the profound impact her brother Robert Towery's incarceration has had on her own existence. The series bravely explores the ripple effects of such crimes, delving into the emotional turmoil, societal stigma, and the often-unanswered questions that linger within these families. It questions whether there were any discernible signs of the impending tragedy, providing a raw and unflinching examination of the human cost of violence, extending far beyond the immediate victim. A compelling watch for those interested in the complex psychological and social dimensions of crime.
