REWIND OR DIE!

Cinemavixion Review

Gautier Cazenave's 'REWIND OR DIE!' plunges into a familiar yet chilling premise: a group of six youths stumbles upon an old VCR in a derelict French dwelling. The discovery quickly escalates from curious to catastrophic as the archaic device reveals itself to be not merely magical, but malevolently cursed. The film artfully explores the consequences of tampering with the past, as the characters find themselves trapped in a loop of their own making. With a compelling cast including Florie Auclerc, Ruy Buchholz, and Morgan Lamorté, 'REWIND OR DIE!' delivers a suspenseful narrative that questions whether some doors are best left unopened and some tapes best left unplayed.
