This film plunges into the dark territory of vigilante justice when the legal system falters. The narrative follows Mia Wagner, a woman driven to extreme measures after a serial killer responsible for the murder of her family is released. Director Danny Draven crafts a tense atmosphere, exploring the moral complexities and emotional toll of seeking retribution outside the bounds of the law. The performances of Coël Mahal, Jonathan Shores, and James Black anchor the story, portraying the raw grief and steely resolve of characters pushed to their limits. It's a compelling, albeit grim, examination of what happens when faith in justice erodes, and one must confront the abyss to find closure.
