RELAX, I'M FROM THE FUTURE

Cinemavixion Review

Luke Higginson's "Relax, I'm From the Future" delivers a charmingly anachronistic sci-fi comedy that hinges on the delightful performance of Rhys Darby as a temporal castaway. Trapped in our present, Darby's character attempts to forge a life, blissfully unaware of the ripple effects his presence causes. The film, released in 2022 and co-starring Gabrielle Graham and Julian Richings, has garnered a positive reception, evidenced by an 85% score on Rotten Tomatoes and a Metascore of 65. While the IMDb rating sits at a modest 5.4, the critical consensus suggests a clever script and endearing execution that makes this a worthwhile watch for fans of quirky, character-driven science fiction.
