REEFS FOR MARINE LIFE

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary explores an innovative approach to marine conservation: repurposing decommissioned naval vessels. The film highlights the transformation of these once-militarized structures into thriving artificial reefs. By meticulously cleaning and then scuttling these ships, a new ecosystem is fostered, providing essential shelter and breeding grounds for a diverse array of fish and invertebrates. It's a compelling look at how human-made objects can be given a second life, contributing positively to the underwater world.
