RED CALL

Cinemavixion Review

Steve Gough's 2018 drama "Red Call" offers a thought-provoking examination of modern anxieties, delving into the lives of ordinary individuals ensnared in extraordinary circumstances. While the description hints at a broader exploration of human truths, the external data provides a more specific, chilling premise: a Samaritan volunteer is interviewed by Counter Terrorist police after receiving a call from one of the perpetrators minutes before a Christmas Eve bombing in London. This setup promises a tense narrative, likely exploring themes of chance, responsibility, and the profound impact of global events on personal lives. With a strong cast including Emma Spearing, Christopher Tajah, and Jason Plessas, and an impressive IMDb rating of 8.4, "Red Call" appears to be a compelling and relevant piece of cinema that transcends headlines to seek out deeper human values.
