REBIRTH

Cinemavixion Review

Roger Conners' 'Rebirth' plunges viewers into a harrowing night of survival, where a somber family ritual devolves into a desperate fight for life. The film masterfully escalates tension as two brothers, joined by strangers, find themselves trapped in a rural farmhouse, besieged by an encroaching, malevolent force. Conners, who also stars in the film, delivers a raw performance that anchors the narrative's escalating dread. The plot, while treading familiar ground in the home invasion and creature feature subgenres, executes its premise with visceral intensity. The claustrophobic setting and relentless pace keep audiences on edge, making 'Rebirth' a chilling exploration of primal fear and the will to endure against overwhelming odds. It's a stark, unvarnished thriller that effectively capitalizes on its unsettling atmosphere.
