RANGE 15

Cinemavixion Review

"Range 15" plunges viewers headfirst into a chaotic, post-apocalyptic America where the undead roam and a band of veteran friends must fight for survival. This action-comedy horror, released in 2016, presents a unique premise: a zombie outbreak that begins just as a group of soldiers grappling with their own mortality awakens from a night of revelry. The narrative effectively blends the urgency of a survival quest with the camaraderie and dark humor often found in tales of military bonds. The film's strength lies in its B-movie charm and the earnest performances of its eclectic cast, including veterans like Keith David and Sean Astin, alongside unexpected appearances. While the plot may tread familiar ground in the zombie genre, the film's distinctively American, often irreverent, take on the apocalypse makes it a noteworthy watch for fans seeking a blend of thrills and laughs.
