Released in 1934, 'Randy Rides Alone' is a brisk Western from director Harry L. Fraser, starring the young John Wayne in a role that would become emblematic of his early career. The film plunges into a classic tale of injustice, with Randy finding himself incarcerated for crimes he did not commit. His escape, however, is not a simple flight from the law, but a plunge into the very heart of the conspiracy against him.
