RAG DOLL

Cinemavixion Review

"Rag Doll" emerges as a compelling narrative centered on Nora, a young woman whose life is a testament to resilience and sacrifice. The film skillfully portrays her dual existence: the dutiful daughter and worker by day, and the fierce, uninhibited fighter in the octagon by night. This sanctuary, however, becomes a potential escape route when her real-world complications threaten to overwhelm her. The external data suggests a 2019 release, directed by Bailey Kobe, and featuring Shannon Murray, which aligns with the spirit of the local description. The plot thickens as Nora's personal struggles bleed into her athletic aspirations, forcing a confrontation not just with opponents, but with the pervasive violence in her life. It's a story that probes the transformative power of sport and the arduous journey towards self-preservation and a better future, even when the lines between the ring and reality blur.
