Cinemavixion Review
In the 1935 Western "Radio Ranch," Gene Autry stars as a singing cowboy whose radio station sits atop a secret subterranean city inhabited by an advanced race. When unscrupulous scientists uncover this hidden world and its valuable radium deposits, Gene, alongside his young companions Frankie (Frankie Darro) and Betsy (Betsy King Ross), must venture into the depths to protect its inhabitants. The film blends elements of the Western genre with science fiction, offering a unique premise for its era, further enhanced by the presence of Smiley Burnette.
