QUEST FOR THE UNICORN

Cinemavixion Review

In "Quest for the Unicorn," director duo Jadzia Perez and Leia Perez present a compelling fantasy narrative centered on a widow's perilous journey into the mythical 'Wishing Forest.' The plot, as suggested by the description, weaves a tale of courage and potential betrayal, introducing a formidable warrior and a morally ambiguous thief as companions to the protagonist. Their quest is fraught with peril, not only from the inherent dangers of the enchanted woods but also from a tribe of savages who revere a primal Goddess. The film promises a blend of high fantasy, adventure, and suspense as the widow seeks the legendary unicorn, all while evading a sinister cult. The presence of Karin Brauns, Robert Amstler, and Samuel Story in the cast hints at a performance-driven exploration of these complex characters and their motivations.
