PSYBORGS

Cinemavixion Review

In the retro-futuristic landscape of 1991, "PsyBorgs" emerges as a concise yet potent action short that pits a desperate world against the tyrannical General Blight and his nefarious organization, T.O.X.I.N. Director David Hiatt crafts a compelling narrative within its brief runtime, introducing the elite squad of PsyBorgs—human-machine hybrids endowed with formidable psychic powers—as the last bastion of hope. Led by the resolute John Carbon, portrayed by Patrick J. MacEachern, this unique team is tasked with thwarting Blight's ambitions for global domination. The film effectively blends elements of science fiction and action, delivering a thrilling glimpse into a world where advanced technology and extraordinary abilities are humanity's only recourse against overwhelming evil. While short, "PsyBorgs" offers an engaging premise and a clear, impactful story, making it a noteworthy entry for fans of the genre.
