PARANORMAL ENTITY

Cinemavixion Review

"Paranormal Entity" plunges viewers into a found-footage nightmare, presenting itself as the unvarnished record of the events culminating in Samantha Finley's tragic demise in 2008. Directed by Shane Van Dyke, who also stars alongside Erin Marie Hogan and Fia Perera, the film eschews conventional horror tropes for a raw, unsettling portrayal of a family's descent into terror. The narrative hinges on the grim assertion that the "murder" was not the act of a human perpetrator, but something far more sinister. While the film's low-budget aesthetic and handheld camerawork contribute to its disquieting atmosphere, it is the palpable sense of dread and the commitment to its grim premise that truly makes "Paranormal Entity" a chilling watch for fans of supernatural horror seeking a visceral experience.
