PARANORMAL ABDUCTION

Cinemavixion Review

Rachel Grissom's "Paranormal Abduction" plunges viewers into a harrowing psychological landscape, anchored by a compelling performance from Vail Bloom. Bloom portrays Rebecca, a woman grappling with the severe aftermath of a brutal assault, manifesting as persistent fear, paranoia, and insomnia. The film masterfully blurs the lines between Rebecca's fractured reality and the external world, drawing parallels between her trauma and a series of unsettling events. Grissom employs a disorienting visual style, effectively mirroring Rebecca's deteriorating mental state. While the film delves into dark territory, its exploration of resilience and the fight for sanity in the face of overwhelming adversity offers a thought-provoking, albeit intense, viewing experience. The inclusion of Edward Furlong in the external data's cast list further enriches the ensemble, hinting at a complex narrative tapestry.
