PANCHO VILLA'S TREASURE

Cinemavixion Review

In the rugged Sierra Tarahumara, a local peasant stumbles upon a hidden cache: the remains of a revolutionary, purportedly linked to Pancho Villa himself. Within the corpse's effects, a rifle yields a secret – a letter penned by Villa. This discovery propels the peasant into the orbit of a museum curator and anthropologist, who acquire the artifacts. However, what appears to be a historical windfall soon unravels into a tale of unforeseen misery and escalating trouble, suggesting that some treasures are best left buried. 'Pancho Villa's Treasure' explores the perilous consequences of unearthing the past, hinting at a narrative steeped in mystery and the dark side of historical discovery.
