PALI ROAD

Cinemavixion Review

Jonathan Lim's "Pali Road" offers a compelling dive into memory, identity, and the unsettling nature of reality. Michelle Chen delivers a poignant performance as a doctor grappling with a fractured past, waking to a life she doesn't recognize, married to a man she doesn't know, and with a child who is a stranger. The film masterfully blurs the lines between what is real and what is imagined, keeping the audience guessing alongside the protagonist. Sung Kang and Jackson Rathbone provide strong support, adding layers to the central mystery. With its intriguing plot and thematic depth, "Pali Road" is a thought-provoking thriller that explores the lengths one will go to uncover the truth, even when that truth challenges the very fabric of their existence. The film's blend of psychological suspense and emotional resonance makes it a captivating watch.
