OVERWORKED

Cinemavixion Review

In 'OVERWORKED,' a compelling short film, the narrative centers on a mother whose quiet frustrations with her husband's demanding career escalate into a viral sensation. The film masterfully captures the ripple effects of a private moment made public, leading to unexpected consequences and a poignant reunion. While the local data offers a tantalizing premise, the external data from OMDb, directed by Sophie Emma Wells, reveals a 2023 release. The plot, as further detailed, follows Amelia, who, after pushing herself to the brink, finds her wish for time to stop granted, leading to a significant shift in her reality. This exploration of burnout and the unexpected turns life can take promises a thought-provoking cinematic experience, even if its runtime and specific reception details remain elusive.
