OSCAR RAY BOLIN JR.

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the disturbing case of Oscar Ray Bolin Jr., an American serial killer and convicted rapist whose crimes cast a long shadow over Tampa and Texas. The narrative meticulously traces the events of 1986, when Bolin abducted and murdered three young women, and his subsequent connection to a fourth murder in Texas the following year. The investigation's nearly four-year dormancy, broken only by a crucial tip from his ex-wife's husband, highlights the complexities of the case. Despite maintaining his innocence until his execution in Florida on January 7, 2016, the details presented paint a grim picture of a perpetrator whose actions left indelible scars. The film serves as a stark reminder of the pursuit of justice and the enduring impact of such heinous crimes.
