Cinemavixion Review

In the stark landscapes of South Africa, where the specter of trophy hunting looms large over its majestic lion population, one remarkable individual has risen to the challenge. "Lion Queen: A Midwife to Lions" chronicles the extraordinary journey of Andy Reeve, a woman who traded the delivery room for the savanna, becoming a devoted caretaker for abandoned lion cubs. Her mission extends beyond mere nurturing; it is a fierce battle to preserve the Glenn Gariff Lion Reserve against a tide of financial hardship, legal entanglements, and the pervasive threat of the canned hunting industry. Reeve's unwavering courage and profound compassion shine as a powerful symbol of hope for Africa's most revered predators. This documentary is a moving testament to the intertwined struggles for survival, celebrating the profound sacrifices made in the name of love and conservation.
