ONE LAST PRAYER

Cinemavixion Review

Myron Davis's "One Last Prayer" is a poignant exploration of faith, desperation, and paternal love. The film centers on David, a father grappling with the immense burden of affording treatment for his daughter's rare illness. Faced with financial ruin, he confronts a profound crisis of faith, torn between surrendering to divine will and the overwhelming urge to take matters into his own hands. The narrative masterfully weaves a tale of hope, depicting the raw emotional toll of such a challenge. Performances by Niles Rivers, Jessica Craig, and Mikhail Tot anchor the film's emotional core, bringing a palpable sincerity to their roles. While the external data notes a 6.1 rating on IMDb and a single win, the true strength of "One Last Prayer" lies in its heartfelt portrayal of a family's struggle, inviting audiences to reflect on the power of belief and the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity.
