OLD FLAME

Cinemavixion Review

Christopher Denham's "Old Flame" (2022) is a taut thriller that delves into the unsettling territory of rekindled passions and buried secrets. Starring Rebeca Robles and Andy Gershenzon, the film, as noted by its critical reception with a 67% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a win in one of its accolades, appears to be a compelling exploration of relationships gone awry. Denham, who both directs and writes, crafts a narrative that promises to unravel a dangerous secret, as suggested by its plot summary, transforming a college reunion into a potentially violent encounter. While specific runtime and box office details remain elusive, the film's premise and the director's established skill set suggest an engaging cinematic experience for fans of suspenseful dramas.
