NO BREATHABLE AIR

Cinemavixion Review

This short film plunges viewers into a chillingly plausible post-apocalyptic scenario. The premise, a diver surfacing to find Earth devoid of breathable air, is immediately gripping and fraught with peril. The narrative hinges on a desperate race against time, as the protagonist fights not just for her own survival but to reunite with her family, particularly her son. This adds a potent emotional core to the high-stakes action. The film effectively uses the claustrophobic environment of scuba gear and the vast emptiness of a changed world to build tension. It's a compelling exploration of parental love and the primal urge to survive in the face of overwhelming odds, prompting reflection on our own vulnerabilities and the preciousness of the air we breathe.
