NIGHTMARE BEACH

Cinemavixion Review

James Justice's 'Nightmare Beach' plunges viewers into the sun-drenched, yet blood-soaked, chaos of Florida's Spring Break. The film masterfully blends the carefree spirit of youth with the grim specter of revenge, as a mysterious biker exacts a gruesome toll following the execution of a gang leader. Nicolas De Toth, Sarah Buxton, and Rawley Valverde anchor the narrative amidst the escalating terror. While perhaps not a mainstream critical darling, 'Nightmare Beach' offers a compelling slice of 1980s slasher cinema, exploring themes of retribution and the dark undercurrents that can disrupt even the most idyllic settings. Its straightforward, yet effective, premise ensures a thrilling, if chilling, viewing experience that fans of the genre will appreciate.
