NIGHTBLADE

Cinemavixion Review

In "Nightblade," directors Jim O'Rear and Scott Tepperman weave a suspenseful narrative that taps into the chilling allure of the "Jack The Ripper" murders. The film brings together three childhood friends, whose reunion is tragically overshadowed by a series of brutal killings mirroring the infamous London crimes. As the friends are drawn into the investigation, loyalties are tested, and the line between ally and adversary blurs. O'Rear, Tepperman, and Todd Bridges deliver performances that anchor the film's descent into mystery and paranoia. With its 80s-style thriller aesthetic, "Nightblade" offers a compelling exploration of friendship fractured by darkness, making for a tense and engaging watch for fans of crime mysteries.
