NEXT DOOR SPY

Cinemavixion Review

Agatha-Christine, a precocious ten-year-old with a penchant for the mysterious, establishes her own detective bureau in the basement of her new building. What begins as a seemingly straightforward investigation into a suspected neighborhood thief quickly escalates into a far more intricate and unforeseen affair. This Danish animated feature, directed by Karla von Bengtson, offers a charming, albeit simple, narrative that captures the imagination of young audiences. While the plot may tread familiar ground, the film's charm lies in its earnest portrayal of childhood curiosity and problem-solving. The voice cast, including Dar Salim and Albert Rudbeck Lindhardt, brings a youthful energy to the characters, making 'Next Door Spy' a pleasant diversion for families seeking a lighthearted mystery.
