Cinemavixion Review

This documentary segment delves into the pivotal Battle of Borodino, a critical engagement during Napoleon Bonaparte's ill-fated 1812 Russian campaign. It highlights the battle as a turning point that compelled Napoleon to initiate his now-infamous retreat from Moscow. The presentation is enhanced by impressive feature-film-quality battle recreations, complemented by historical imagery and expert commentary from prominent Napoleonic warfare authorities. While offering a focused look at this significant military event, the program serves as a compelling, albeit brief, exploration of a crucial moment in European history.
