Florian Gottschick's 'Nachthelle' presents a poignant exploration of memory, trauma, and the unsettling intersection of personal history with encroaching industrial devastation. The narrative centers on two couples, Anna and Stefan, and Bernd and Marc, who return to their childhood home for a seemingly idyllic weekend.
