MY GEEKY BOYFRIEND

Cinemavixion Review

In 'My Geeky Boyfriend,' a high schooler's quest for companionship takes a digital turn when he engineers a virtual girlfriend via an app. This premise sets the stage for a modern exploration of connection, technology, and the often-unforeseen consequences of blurring the lines between the real and the artificial. As the teenager navigates his relationship with his digital creation, the narrative promises to delve into themes of loneliness, identity, and the true meaning of a relationship in an increasingly virtual world. The film poses a compelling question: can an algorithm truly satisfy the human need for love and understanding, or will this technological solution inevitably lead to a cascade of complications?
