MURDERTOWN - THE DOG WALKER KILLER

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary plunges into the chilling depths of Dundee, a city often perceived through a lens of picturesque charm, yet harboring unsettling tales of bloodshed. The narrative masterfully weaves together two brutal attacks, separated by two decades, exploring the uncanny echoes between them. The film questions the notion of coincidence when such violent patterns emerge in seemingly tranquil locales. It highlights the psychological impact on a community grappling with the resurfacing of past horrors and the chilling possibility that lightning might indeed strike twice. A compelling examination of crime, memory, and the darkness that can lurk beneath the surface of everyday life.
