This documentary delves into the dark underbelly of familial betrayal and hired violence, presenting a disturbing triptych of true crime cases. We are introduced to the Woodman brothers, Neil and Stewart, whose plot to murder their parents escalates from patricide to silencing witnesses. The narrative then shifts to the chilling account of Rosalio 'Bart' Reta, a young hitman entangled with a Mexican drug cartel, and the efforts to apprehend him. Finally, the story of Mary Ellen Samuels unfolds, detailing a complex web of deceit involving the murder of her husband and a subsequent plot to eliminate the original assassin. These accounts serve as stark reminders of the extreme lengths to which individuals will go, exploring themes of greed, desperation, and the brutal consequences of calculated violence.
