MURDER CALLS - MURDER OF PETER SHELLARD

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling case of Peter Shellard's murder, presenting a narrative of meticulous planning undone by a single, crucial mistake. The victim's assailant, consumed by intense hatred, devised a scheme of revenge that was almost flawlessly executed. The film highlights the psychological depth of the perpetrator's obsession and the intricate details of their preparation. However, the story pivots on a single overlooked element—a phone call—that ultimately leads to the unraveling of the killer's elaborate plot and their subsequent apprehension. It serves as a compelling examination of how even the most carefully constructed plans can be vulnerable to unforeseen circumstances and the persistent nature of justice.
