MST3K 609: THE SKYDIVERS

Cinemavixion Review

Mystery Science Theater 3000, in its signature style, takes on the 1963 film "The Skydivers." This installment, Experiment 609, sees the Satellite of Love crew enduring a particularly uninspired shop class, which serves as a fittingly dull backdrop for their riffing. The film itself, a relic of a bygone era, likely offers ample material for Joel, Mike, and the bots to dissect with their unique brand of humor. Expect a barrage of witty observations and absurd non-sequiturs aimed at the film's potential narrative shortcomings and dated sensibilities. It's a testament to MST3K's enduring appeal that they can find endless entertainment in cinematic misfires, offering viewers a delightful, comedic escape through the shared experience of bad movies.
