MOST CORRUPT COPS IN AMERICA? WHAT THE FBI DISCOVERED WILL SHOCK YOU

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into a dark chapter of New Orleans' history in the early 1990s, where rampant police corruption became a pervasive issue. The narrative meticulously details how drug money seeped into the law enforcement agencies, leading officers such as Len Davis and Sammy Williams to engage in extortion, protect cocaine trafficking, and inflict terror upon the very citizens they were sworn to protect. The film highlights the critical 'Operation Shattered Shield,' a significant FBI investigation that employed a range of sophisticated tactics, including undercover operatives, informant recruitment, and surveillance technology, to dismantle this entrenched network of corrupt officials. It's a compelling true-crime account that underscores the immense risks taken by federal agents to restore a semblance of justice in a city where the lines between law enforcement and criminality had blurred.
