MONSTER

Cinemavixion Review

This found-footage thriller, 'MONSTER,' plunges viewers into the immediate, terrifying aftermath of a colossal earthquake that devastates Tokyo. Directed by Erik Estenberg, the film adopts a raw, personal perspective, weaving a narrative through what appears to be recovered footage and intimate accounts from survivors. The premise expertly builds suspense as two filmmakers attempt to document the destruction, only to stumble upon a deeper, more sinister mystery involving unexplained devastation and government obfuscation. It's a gripping exploration of truth, resilience, and the desperate search for answers when reality itself seems to have fractured. 'MONSTER' promises a visceral and thought-provoking cinematic experience for those drawn to the edge of disaster and the unknown.
