Cinemavixion Review
This film chronicles the tumultuous journey of Sun Wukong, the legendary Monkey King. Imprisoned for his destructive rampages through the celestial realms, Wukong is suppressed beneath Wuzhi Mountain. During his long confinement, he encounters three individuals whose selfless acts of compassion—offering him lotus flowers—begin to chip away at his hardened exterior. These profound experiences eventually lead Wukong to a deeper understanding of human emotion and the world around him, setting the stage for his eventual liberation and transformation.
