MOLD

Cinemavixion Review

Michael Crum's 2022 horror offering, "MOLD," presents a chillingly claustrophobic scenario within an apartment complex overrun by a sentient, monstrous fungus. The film adeptly crafts an atmosphere of dread as its inhabitants grapple with a relentless infection that transforms them into grotesque entities. Starring R. Steven Blake and Gerald Crum, the narrative plunges viewers into a desperate fight for survival against an insidious, organismal threat. While the film's reception on platforms like IMDb indicates a modest rating, its core concept and execution of a parasitic horror make it a noteworthy entry for fans of creature features and survival thrillers seeking a contained, high-stakes narrative.
