MIDNIGHT DEVILS

Cinemavixion Review

Abel Berry's 2019 thriller, "Midnight Devils," plunges viewers into a desperate fight for survival against both human avarice and supernatural terror. The film centers on two young women who, after pilfering a suitcase brimming with illicit cash, seek refuge in a secluded, abandoned cabin. Their sanctuary quickly becomes a death trap as the vengeful drug dealers who lost the money close in. However, their immediate peril is eclipsed by the awakening of an ancient, unspeakable evil within the cabin's confines. This dual threat forces an unlikely alliance, compelling the protagonists and their pursuers to confront a shared nightmare. Featuring notable performances, including Michael Berryman and Billy Blair, "Midnight Devils" offers a tense, action-packed narrative that blends crime elements with horror tropes, creating a chilling descent into darkness where dawn seems an impossible escape.
