METEOR: FIRST IMPACT

Cinemavixion Review

"Meteor: First Impact" plunges audiences into a visceral struggle for survival against a cosmic onslaught. The film adeptly balances the urgency of an impending global catastrophe with the intellectual challenge faced by Dr. Emily Carter, a scientist racing against time. Director Brett Bentman crafts a narrative that, while reminiscent of genre titans like "Armageddon" and "Deep Impact," carves out its own identity through a focused exploration of scientific problem-solving under extreme duress. The performances, particularly from the lead cast, anchor the high-stakes drama, ensuring the human element remains potent amidst the spectacular, albeit sometimes harrowing, visuals. This is a taut thriller that effectively captures the terrifying possibility of annihilation and the indomitable human spirit's quest for salvation, making it a compelling watch for fans of the disaster genre.
