METEOR APOCALYPSE

Cinemavixion Review

Micho Rutare's "Meteor Apocalypse" plunges viewers into a desperate race against time as Earth's orbit becomes the final resting place for a colossal, disintegrating meteor. The film, released in 2010, stars Joe Lando, Claudia Christian, and Cooper Harris, who grapple with the catastrophic consequences of celestial debris raining down upon the planet. While the premise offers ample opportunity for thrilling disaster sequences and human drama, the film's execution, as suggested by its IMDb rating of 3.0/10, leans heavily into its high-concept sci-fi premise. It's a viewing experience that might appeal to those who enjoy straightforward, effects-driven disaster narratives, even if critical reception suggests it doesn't quite reach the celestial heights it aims for.
