METEOR

Cinemavixion Review

Brett Bentman's 'Meteor' plunges viewers into a post-apocalyptic landscape where survival hinges on resilience and unlikely bonds. The film masterfully juxtaposes the vast, unforgiving terrain with the intimate struggle of a lonely rancher and a young, displaced girl. Their flight from ruthless mercenaries forms the narrative backbone, but it is the evolving relationship between the two protagonists that truly anchors the story. Robert Keith and Olivia Nash deliver compelling performances, conveying a depth of emotion that transcends the often-sparse dialogue. While the external data indicates a modest reception, the film's thematic exploration of hope amidst desolation and the human capacity for connection in the face of extreme adversity makes it a noteworthy watch for fans of character-driven science fiction thrillers.
