MEN OF WAR

Cinemavixion Review

Perry Lang's 'Men of War' plunges viewers into the morally ambiguous world of mercenaries, led by a compelling Dolph Lundgren. As a former Special Ops soldier grappling with civilian life, Lundgren's character is tasked with a mission that forces him to confront his own past and principles. The film skillfully navigates themes of corporate greed versus indigenous rights, set against the backdrop of a remote South China Sea island. The narrative takes an unexpected turn as the protagonist finds himself defending the very people he was hired to displace, leading to a gripping conflict among his own ranks. While the film may not have garnered major awards, its gritty action and thoughtful exploration of redemption offer a solid viewing experience, particularly for fans of military thrillers with a conscience.
