MEGALODON RISING

Cinemavixion Review

Megalodon Rising plunges viewers into a high-octane aquatic thriller, where humanity's most advanced naval power faces an evolutionary nightmare. The film pits a modern armada against the resurrected terror of the Megalodon, a prehistoric apex predator whose sheer scale and ferocity render conventional warfare obsolete. Director Brian Nowak crafts a narrative that, while leaning into creature-feature tropes, delivers a palpable sense of dread and escalating tension. Tom Sizemore anchors the cast, bringing a seasoned gravitas to the unfolding crisis. The visual effects, though perhaps modest, effectively convey the monstrous presence of the ancient shark. For fans of monster movies and survival thrillers, Megalodon Rising offers a suspenseful ride, exploring the terrifying prospect of nature's ultimate predator reasserting its dominance against the backdrop of contemporary military might.
