Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the fascinating world of Irish archaeology, following Dr. Tom Finan and his team as they excavate a potential lost Gaelic market town in Western Ireland. The narrative compellingly challenges traditional perceptions of Irish history, moving beyond the simplistic view of a nomadic society shaped by invasions. Instead, it highlights evidence of a people fiercely protective of their unique cultural traditions. With a significant portion of the American population tracing their ancestry to Ireland, this exploration of the nation's buried past offers a vital opportunity to reshape historical narratives and connect with a rich, enduring heritage.
