ME, OH MY, BLUEBERRY PIE

Cinemavixion Review

This charming animated short follows the sibling duo Kit and Kate on a whimsical adventure to Blueberry Pie Island. The narrative cleverly uses the ticking clock of a departing ship as a central tension, highlighting Kit's growing anxiety as Kate's playful distractions—butterflies, ducks, and dressing up in leaves—threaten their journey. The story is a gentle exploration of sibling dynamics, patience, and the excitement of anticipation, all wrapped in a visually appealing, lighthearted package. While the plot takes a bittersweet turn at the end, it serves as a valuable lesson about focus and time management, presented in an accessible and engaging manner for young viewers. The vibrant imagery and simple, repetitive structure make it an ideal watch for children.
