MAN MADE (I'M NOT JESUS MOMMY)

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Man Made (I'm Not Jesus Mommy)', director Kimberly embarks on a harrowing journey driven by an unyielding desire for motherhood. Faced with the grim prognosis of cancer, her hopes are reignited by a groundbreaking cloning project, leading to the birth of David. Seven years later, a world ravaged by disaster tests Kimberly's resilience as she navigates the survival of her son, who becomes increasingly entangled in mysterious and unsettling phenomena. The revelation that David's genetic blueprint originates from the blood of Christ, as preserved on the Shroud of Turin, adds a profound layer of theological and existential dread to this chilling narrative. The film delves into themes of faith, desperation, and the ethical quandaries of scientific advancement, all while exploring the intense bond between a mother and her uniquely born child.
